Gideon vid! Well, a vid about Gideon and Rip. (Look, you try vidding a character who consists of a disembodied voice and a floating computer-animated head, whose body is a spaceship.) The latest episode left me drowning in a puddle of Gideon feels, so here are those feels in vid form.

... Both on the same night now, too, which is going to be a bit weird. I would prefer to have them spread out instead. But they are BACK!

Whoa, for those of you who like Sara on Arrow/LoT (Sara is my BAE ♥) you have got to see this video of Caity Lotz practicing her stunts:

SHE'S REALLY DOING THEM. Those spinny flip kicks that Sara does? She's not on wires and it's not a stunt double. The actress can literally flip herself upside down, twirl through the air and land on her feet. She does parkour too! Apparently she was a dancer and stunt double before getting into acting, so she still does all her own stunt work and martial arts on the show.

Tonight begins the big crossover with all of DC's shows. By now I'm caught up on Flash and Legends of Tomorrow, and I've seen enough of Arrow via Flash crossover eps to at least know who the characters are and what's generally going on with them, but I haven't seen any Supergirl at all. I was going to at least watch the first episode before watching the crossover ep, but, well, that didn't happen. Somehow I will endure. (I'm not actually THAT worried about spoilers with these shows from watching them out of order, at least in part because they spoil each other rampantly with all the crossover characters anyway.)
Speaking of which, I finally got around to watching the Arrow half of the 2-parter with Shayera/Kendra and Carter, and I have only one small thing to say: ( kinda spoilery but not much )

Legends of Tomorrow is back
Oct. 13th, 2016 09:16 pm... and during the hiatus, I appear to have forgotten how utterly, utterly terrible this show is. I swear watching it is the weirdest mix of cringing because the writing is so, so indefensibly bad, and being completely riveted by the characters.
