It would be completely ridiculous to ask for another h/c bingo card after blacking out my last one, right? Obviously it would. There is no card. The card is a lie.

I'm not going to color-code this one or anything because the deadline is in a couple of days and if I write anything for it, it'll be during their amnesty period. But I love some of these prompts! It's good for inspiration if nothing else.

And with that last one, I have achieved an h/c bingo BLACKOUT. I don't think I've ever done this before the actual deadline. I did manage it once before (and only once, I think), but it was finished during the amnesty period.

What I have learned from this experience is that this is a lot of prompts. But after doing h/c bingo for 13 years (I haven't missed a year of asking for a card, even if there are plenty of years I haven't achieved a single line) it's nice to have actually Done The Thing.

Since I have to come up with a list of everything to post to hc_bingo anyway, I'll have a full list of all the fills with their associated fandoms here in the next few days. But in the meantime, please enjoy my fully filled-out card!

Edit: No wait, going back through the tag, I managed a pre-deadline blackout on my 2018 card! The after-amnesty blackout happened in 2015.

(Color-coding the card by fandoms on the final posted version of the 2018 card is a good idea. I think I'll do that again.)

I'm just posting an image so that I only have one master copy of the card where I'm adding fills. Here's the link to the text version if you need it.

I haven't claimed a bingo on the h/c bingo comm yet because I want to add more to it. Right now I'm looking at a crossing line - maybe that first one, with presumed dead?

Nearly every crossing line has a square I'm struggling with how to fill - the ones that look hardest for me are:

witch hunt
bullying/hazing
bodyswap
begging
runaways

... so if anyone has ideas for any of those, feel free to hit me up! Or any other suggestions for any squares that apply to my current fandoms! Forbidden love is absolutely *made* for Biggles, but I don't really have a specific idea for a scenario there that I haven't written yet ...

The previous h/c bingo post gave me some A+ ideas (I think the one from that post that I haven't written yet, but still want to, is EvS thinking Biggles is dead), but I have no specific ideas for any of these other squares and welcome suggestions.

I signed up for hc_bingo's May amnesty challenge (small/rare fandoms only - a 4-prompt square, of which you can use 1-4 prompts in one fill). I got:

Mmmmm, tasty prompts! Here are some small fandoms that are in my brain lately:

I think this would work beautifully for any of those. Like I need more to write these days. But still.

hc_bingo is doing their February "postage stamp" cards - 3 prompts + a wild card you get to pick, all to be used in the same work. (You can request one here!)

If I feel the urge for some h/c prompts this month, I might just write something for Febuwhump instead.

And then I went and requested an April challenge card from h/c bingo (use all prompts in one crossover work) and got this:

Feel free to comment with any squares you like in particular and/or suggestions you have for any of my fandoms that might work nicely with a particular square! Fandoms I'm actively writing right now include Iron Fist (and Defendersverse generally), Torchwood, and Agent Carter, plus I'm still side-dabbling in the non-Avengers areas of the MCU and also Stranger Things.

Cuddling and CPR work great together! .... and then there's the other one ... which is not so thematically connected.

However, this made me start thinking about characters in my various fandoms and their likelihood of cuddling. (Leaving out the canonical couples; obviously cuddling is a given there.)

Since I had to fill out the h/c bingo comm form for each fill, I'm posting a list under the cut, sorted by fandom. The majority of these BY FAR are for Iron Fist and (much lesserly) Punisher; it was a really big help to get into two fandoms this year that I just wanted to write All The H/C for. A smattering of other fandoms at the bottom: Agent Carter, Black Panther, Avengers, Stranger Things, Alliance-Union, Death Gate Cycle, Agents of SHIELD.

It would be fantastic if not for that "first transformation" square, which kicks it firmly into AU territory for everything I currently want to write for. :/ I mean it's not like I can't see how you'd get a fic out of that; actually that set of prompts lends itself beautifully to a particular kind of plot. I'm just not quite seeing how to get a fic I actually want to write out of it ...

ETA: The brilliant trobadora suggested the transformation could be metaphorical, which gave me all kinds of ideas. Hmmmmmm ...
