H/C Bingo is doing their February postage stamp mini-bingo (3 prompts + a wildcard, i.e. creator's choice, all to be used in the same fanwork) and I LOVE mine although I have absolutely no idea what to do with it:

blackmail	cages
ritualized pain / injury	WILD CARD

It's such an excellent set of prompts, though!

Well if you wanted suggestions, I think you could do several things with Jack Thompson and the prompt blackmail

I thought about him! But the other ones don't fit as well as they do in some of my more sci-fi fandoms. Hmmm.

Oh! Yeah, that puts it on Hard Mode. xD But honestly it's still possible to do it for Jack; it just might take some creative thinking. Definitely not ruling it out ...

Well if you took a broad view of cages, you could probably count prison cells, so you could do something about that one bit in late s2 where they’re all in prison or something

You could also go even further to a metaphorical cage. Such as a character being "caged" by expectations, beliefs, etc. (whether their own or others).
