Fandoms I'm actively writing right now include Iron Fist (and Defendersverse generally), Torchwood, and Agent Carter, plus I'm still side-dabbling in the non-Avengers areas of the MCU and also Stranger Things.

As in past years, green denotes a square that I'm especially excited about writing and/or already have ideas for. Yellow are probably going to be fine but I haven't figured out what to do with them yet (suggestions welcome!). Orange are squares that I have questionable feelings about my ability to write. Red would be "I really don't think I can do this," but I don't have any of those this year. (The corporal punishment one would be that, except I think I can get a lot of angst mileage out of Ward's childhood here.)

Counseling: A Retcon accident causes a very selective memory wipe of the Torchwood crew, leading them to believe that they are government workers at a mandatory group therapy session.

First: LOLOLLLLL, this would be AMAZING. You know, I really enjoy memory-fuckery, and used to occasionally write it when I'm in more sci-fi-ish canons, and Retcon has lots of interesting possibilities for turning the characters into unreliable narrators of their own lives, who think they're something they aren't. Or, heck, just the entire cast waking up in the Hub with total amnesia might be fun. Not especially applicable to this bingo card, but fun. Imagine Owen having to figure out from scratch that he's dead.

That would be amazing. Who are they, and why are they in a bunker with a pterodactyl and a jail for aliens? Do they dare go outside, given that they presumably thought they were safer INSIDE the bunker with the aliens?

I love the idea that they walk out of the bunker expecting something absolutely horrible and find themselves in the middle of a public plaza surrounded by tourists.

I cannot believe that Retcon accidents have never happened to them. Random, selective amnesia must be a fairly common occurrence for them.

Okay, wow, you've got some AMAZING ones here. I love my card, but I envy yours! Like half of these, at least, are tropes that are incredibly iddy for me - asphyxiation, survival scenario, addiction, PTSD, shock collars, healers, buried alive ... wow.

The hard part is mainly narrowing it down!

I also love it! Except for the toothache. Some of them combine nicely too, like tentacles lead to asphyxiation.

For "locked in a box" - remember that idea we talked about a while back, where Frank is locked in somewhere, and David is trying to pick the lock and get him out (or vice versa), and David WILL NOT SHUT UP? That. XD

You could also do it with Merlin and Carter. In fact I would love it if you did it with Merlin and Carter. Either Merlin gets himself locked in somewhere while trying to practice a circus contortion act or something, and Carter has to get him out (maybe it's an electronic lock?), or the other way around - Carter is stuck somewhere, and Merlin is trying to free him, and cheerfully narrating his progress the entire time.

Extra bonus points for the trapped one trying not to go bananas from claustrophobia.

Oooh, I like that. Carter could absolutely have claustrophobia. He was locked in a cell for a year.

Oh, right! It makes so much sense for him to freak out about it. And he might also be freaking out over the possibility that his shifter form might be triggered by his panic and then he'd either be squashed to death in a box, or everyone would see it.

I wouldn't have said that I've read a lot of Iron Fist fic, but looking at your card I'm pretty sure I've read Iron Fist fic for every one of these prompts ^^ except possibly "deals with demons," "arena," "falling," and "mistaken identity"; but I also might be imagining some of it.
Hm, for "secret identity discovered", what if the secret identity is an animal someone occasionally turns into?

Having spent a solid hour formatting my last bingo card, I feel you.

Some ideas:

* Loss of job / income: Peggy's feelings near end of s1 when she's lost whatever toehold she'd managed to gain as an SSR agent, a job she really loved. Or, Jack after being shot, with possible long-term crippling injuries.

* Counselling: early SHIELD, and trying to balance the legit need for agents to have a way to process their traumatic experiences vs. the very "Imma tough guy" attitude that was/is so prevelant - maybe the aftermath of a really traumatising mission, and Daniel is doing his best to help their agents through it.

Oooh, I really love the counseling idea in particular! That'd be a really interesting thing to explore; it's really at the dawn of this kind of thing being something that you might expect to get in their line of work, so it would be a really intriguing push-pull of different social undercurrents.
