Gee, thanks, brain ... I HATE YOU

So after most of a week of housesitting, in which I had little else to do but visit with various friends (I met amothea in person! there was ice cream! *waves*) and, theoretically, write my sgareversebang story -- it finally took off the night before my incredibly busy week of traveling with family begins. *weeps* So after most of a week of faffing around, now I have 2200 words, I know which way the plot goes, and I'm eager to write -- and I won't be able to write for a week. AARGH.

I turned on non-friend comment screening on the previous post because I won't be around to monitor it much over the next week or so. I don't expect major conflagrations, but I noticed that it's gone up on Metafandom, so ... no telling really.
