This is the fandom event where you take Harlequin/Mills & Boon book descriptions and turn them into a fic. There are a bunch of descriptions to choose from here but you aren't limited to those.
There is also a plot generator which you can customize with your choice of characters. (Click the little "Customize" button on the left if your fandoms aren't provided. You might have to uncheck the rest of them when you go back to the main generator page.)
BTW, if you only put two characters in, it will also use their names anytime the book description mentions a third character, which can result in some truly off the wall plot descriptions such as this one I just got which begins: Widowed single father James Bigglesworth needs a nanny for his son Erich von Stalhein immediately ...
