Pears!

in_a_peartree has their "trees" available now for decorating (with "pears" :D). Here is my tree! I have some lovely pears on my tree already - including the books-and-coffee icon on this post, and an assortment of other lovely icons including more books, noir/gangsters/1930s, and dragons.

CONTENT NOTE: This was written in response to a Tumblr request for Ward helping his S2 PA Katie out of a domestic abuse situation, so the last section in the story contains domestic violence as a central plot point.

There's a lot more to this story than just the request because I've been wanting for awhile now to write about Katie, and Katie's viewpoint on Ward and the various S2 developments that she's involved in, so this request seemed to fit smoothly into a "5 things" type story built around that framework.
