Biggles Bingo card

I have a bingo card and now must contemplate it. Suggestions are welcome, including combining multiple squares. It doesn't necessarily have to be for Biggles, though it helps.

Biggles accepts a dull dinner invitation only to be startled to see von Stalhein also there in an unconvincing disguise. Is something afoot, or did his dashing nemesis just want to see him?

Biggles' plane comes down in a mined area; von Stalhein sees this happen and has a general idea of where the mines are. He can either try to direct Biggles from outside, or walk in and take him out.

I know "trying to fly a thing that doesn't fly" isn't on your card but it would go extremely well with drugged hallucinations. The fear drug we talked about would also work for that square.

Biggles is undercover and has to attend some kind of formal function or official gang meeting while having to hide that he's been shot/stabbed/drugged and is trying not to pass out in the middle of it? Ideally, von Stalhein is undercover with him and is backing him up, possibly without having any idea of what the actual problem is.

Downed behind enemy lines would be excellent for Biggles and Algy. Or Algy and von Stalhein. Or Biggles, Algy, and von Stalhein. Or the entire crew.

I would love to see later-in-life Biggles and von Stalhein going on a quiet holiday for shattered nerves. Maybe they one or both of them recently went through some off-page traumatic adventure, and are dealing with "I don't need this anymore, I'm not nineteen" from Biggles and/or "What do you mean, holidays for shattered nerves are a thing?" from von Stalhein.

Oooh, I love all of these! I love the idea of exploring more of the time period in which von Stalhein is sticking on fake mustaches and sending Biggles coded messages because he's a) lonely and can't admit it, a) bored and has no outlet for it, and/or c) wants to deposit Soviet assassins on Biggles's doorstep as courting gifts.

All these are marvelous Biggles prompts and I can hardly improve on the excellent suggestions above, but please find some thoughts on the Hellburner crew.

Secret rendez-vous in Mazianni space! Maybe going down behind enemy lines due to electrical storms and magnetic interference. Unconvincing disguise trying to get out again.

Drugged hallucinations! That's Dekker and the rest of the crew on a regular Tuesday.

Snakes on a plane! Smugglers and pirates being boarded, but Norway is in for a surprise. Or in a less literal way, Mallory invited to dinner with Mazian and Porey.

Shattered nerves is basically Dekker in two words. Maybe he and the team could have some brandy and a bath in a luxurious station facility.

As much as I would enjoy seeing Ben in a camel chase and chased by wolves, these seem rather difficult to pull off in space.

I wonder if Meg and/or Ben ever met an animal in its natural habitat. (Pretty sure Sal (what's Stockholm?) and Dek haven't.)

It's interesting, because at some point of removal from Earth fauna, I expect that the spacers would stop having hallucinations or nightmares about spiders, squid, crocodiles etc, but I would also expect that the myths survive for at least a couple of generations, sustained by popular media.

I feel like the second row from the bottom is a fic all by itself. Biggles goes to a secret rendezvous, probably on a castle on an island, is attacked and drugged by pirates and is rescued naked, hallucinating and dripping wet. There's probably a book where this happens...

If I found out this was in a book, I would be completely unsurprised.

I think any given line in any direction on this card sounds like it could be the plot of an actual book!
