General White Collar squee
I love watching my flist be all happy about H50 coming back. :D It is not my show, but seeing you guys all a-squee makes me happy!
Meanwhile, I've been attempting to console myself for the tragic lack of new White Collar until 2012 by looking up interviews, many of which I've already read/watched, but I'm still wallowing happily in how adorable and funny and nice this cast is. Awww, I think I've talked about this before, but they make my heart all squishy with their open appreciation and praise of each other. The shows that I fan on usually seem to have casts who get along really well off-set as well as on-set, but I don't remember running into a cast who go out of their way to say nice things about each other as often as these people do. Like, multiple times per interview, even. It's so sweet.
I give you, for example, this interview:
Matt Bomer: I think Tim is inherently a generous person and very generous of spirit and, he brings a real sense of play to the work. I try to do the same. I know he lifts me up on my off days and—
Tim DeKay: Oh, and you lift me up on my off days. We have a blast. We have fun together, but in the end, we respect each other. I mean as far as the work is concerned. It’s just like any other relationship, if you don’t have that then there is no ground to it.
Matt Bomer: As much as the trust dynamic is liquid between Peter and Neal, I think Tim and I pretty much [trust] each other.
Or this one with TVline:
TVLINE: I hate to trot out this old chestnut, but: What might people be surprised to know about Matt?
DEKAY: It’s such an immature word, but we’re both very silly on the set. Other than that, he’s just a good man, and that comes through.
TVLINE: And Matt, what about Tim?
BOMER: People would be surprised to know that he….
DEKAY: …doesn’t wear underwear.
BOMER: No, there needs to be an element of surprise here. Tim always comes from a place of love. Not that that’s surprising, but it’s not an act. He’s inherently a really great person that positively impacts everybody that he comes in contact with. One of the things that makes working on the show so much fun for both of us is he loves to work and explore and play.
DEKAY: I think we both do.
... OH YOU GUYS. ♥ ♥ ♥
I also discovered on Youtube some little USA promo clips that cross over different USA Network shows. NETWORK-APPROVED CROSSOVER FANFIC. XD
White Collar & Psych
White Collar & Burn Notice (I really need to watch Burn Notice - this is adorable, and I think Fiona would totally be my kind of character!)
Finally, screencaps of PRETTEH:

ohhh...shiny pics....*sigh*....I think the only thing which keeps me uplifted is the upcoming fic exchange. And the fact that I'm now able to watch the whole show in German again! (Today, it's episode 2).

Oh really? I didn't see that one ... thanks! *goes to look*
It is such a pretty, shiny show! I could stare all day.

And the Burn Notice xover commercial is totally in character (Fiona is made of so much awesome, as is Michael's mom). Really want USA to do actual xover eps sometime; most of the series would integrate without much trouble...(I wonder if they haven't simply because most USA shows are filmed on location, all over the country...)

They get asked in interviews about doing crossovers, actually! I really hope they do! It appears that the showrunners really want to, particularly with Burn Notice, but the timing of the filming has never worked out.
Burn Notice is definitely one of my next "to watch" shows. I'm holding off on that one because it's one that I think Orion would like, too, and he's too busy for TV right now, poor guy. I've been trying to stick to things that aren't his sort of show at all, BBC comedies and such. Which means there is an ever-growing list of shows like Burn Notice and Community that I really want to watch but don't want to deprive him of watching either. Dammit.
