Apparently when Matt Bomer was younger (quite a bit younger, from the look of things) he posed for the cover of the YA novel Rainbow Boys. Just out of curiosity, I went looking on Amazon to see. I was expecting to have trouble recognizing him, but, yeah, not so much. :D

Hee! I work in publishing, largely on book covers, so always wonder who models for these things. (This morning, at a meeting, we were talking about a book that had a naked man's back on it--the muscled, Bowflex kind. Apparently one of the sales guys has been claiming that that's his back on the cover. Yeah, no.)

I work on erotica books mostly, and there seems to be an endless supply of shirtless (headless) men with chest stubble. I do wonder who's taking all these photos. I mean, we get them from big stock houses, which means there could be photographers out there who that's just what they do. Take photos of man titty and sell it to Getty. But given the fact that many guys post photos of themselves like that on OK Cupid, perhaps it's not so unbelievable.
