Ah, you've mistakenly credited the Danganronpa V3 reverse amnesia fill to me! I just posted the prompt (and I'm delighted people had such fun with it!); the fill is by usononikki.

Just curious: Is "reverse amnesia" an understood thing, or a clever innovation? I looked on TVTropes and did not find it.

Hmmm, I'm not sure! I think it's just what the prompter called it, to get the idea across. I'm also not sure if I've seen it in media, aside from "It's a Wonderful Life"-type AUs where the character was never born, though now I'm going to be trying to think of examples.

'Reverse amnesia' is just what I called it! The idea came from someone giving me a Top Gear fic prompt years and years ago: 'James arrives at the studio to discover he never actually existed.' I found it really interesting to write James's reactions to none of his friends and colleagues remembering him, and it made me want to see more along those lines!
