The annual New Year's fic

Every year (since 2016) I write a fic or ficlet in whatever my current fandom happens to be, about the characters at the turn of the New Year, usually written and posted on New Year's Eve. But given how the writing inspiration has been going lately, I figured I'd better not gamble on getting it done at the last minute. It's probably better not to get caught up in the flood of Yuletide reveals anyhow!

Yes, feel free to do so! It started purely as a spontaneous thing where I wrote a few paragraphs in my current fandom on the evening of New Year's Eve, and has become something I do every year. I'd be happy to see it grow.

Thank you! I've really enjoyed it ... also I don't seem to have been in the same fandom more than two years running since I've been doing this, so it'll be interesting to see what happens if I stay in Biggles for a while and have to keep coming up with new New Year's ideas for them. :D On the other hand there's a solid 50 years of canon timeline to work with, so it shouldn't be too hard.
