It's May somehow, and there's still two feet of snow. I have added a flower icon out of sheer stubbornness.

Fandom things going on:

For any Biggles people out there looking for small-fandom-friendly comms that aren't exchanges, smallfandomfest just opened a new round. They take prompt submissions and fandom promo posts.

intoabar is also open for a new round. (You pick a character and give them several unrelated fandoms to choose a second character from; they generate a character for your character to meet in a bar.) My main experience with this event is signing up for it and epically failing to write anything, so I'm probably going to skip this one. Probably.

prisoner_exchange assignments are out and I love mine!

hurtcomfortex is still open for treats; assignments are due in two weeks. (Help.)

summerofhorrorexchange is currently taking nominations.

So many good exchanges! The trouble with both h/c ex and the prisoner exchange is staring at all the tags and prompts in my assignments and knowing it’s not possible to write them all but really wanting to...

Thanks! I'm proud of that one. I made it myself using Gimp or something that I later lost any ability to use whatsoever. I just had one good day where I could do it.

FWIW, story_works is an open fandom challenge. The current prompt is 'Change of Season' until the end of May and any take on that is encouraged... So your Biggles would be more than welcome to hang out! ;-)

Same with what_au where the prompt is 'Wonderland'...
