These prompts are absolutely amazing for my current fandom. I'm just saying.

I greatly approve of the proliferation of h/c challenges and prompting events that's been going around lately.

These prompts are just so AMAZING for them! "I hate you", separated, scars, self-hate, "It's too late", failure, crash landing - I'M DYING. Not to mention the more classically hurt/comforty ones like avalanches and hypothermia and broken bones. And you're right, "clothing that doesn't fit" is so angstily perfect for EvS!

In general, also, I love that so many of these are unique and not prompts that I've seen on other prompt lists.

I WANT TO WRITE THEM AAAALLLLLL.

It is a really good list, as you say, some nicely specific and some general and some unusual ones too. Separated, and shortness of breath, and stumbling (and perhaps I just like prompts that start with S?), and fear of the unknown is another good EvS one.

Yeah, kind of, but it doesn't have to be every day. The way these sorts of challenges/events normally work, it's very loose and informal - you can create something for any prompt, or several, or all of them. The general idea is that you're supposed to post it on the associated day, but you really don't have to. They're mostly meant for providing creative inspiration. So you could create something (fic/art/whatever) for any prompt you wanted and post it whenever.

Since this is run off Tumblr, there's a "whumpcember" tag that presumably will become active as we get into the month and people start posting things!
