Dear Heart Attack writer: thank you so much for writing for me!
I've requested some of these before, so feel free to look through my exchange letters tag for additional inspiration. I would be happy with prompts from any of my previous exchange requests. In particular you can check out my Hurt/Comfort Exchange and Alternate Universe Exchange signups for a bunch of specific prompt ideas. It's fine to mix and match prompts between different canons if it fits there; I don't think there's anything that I would mind receiving for any requested canon.
General likes: hurt/comfort (as tropey as you like; favorite kinds include head injuries, drugged/woozy/out of it, lost/stranded, being stabbed or shot, hypothermia, CPR/oh-no-don't-die-on-me scenarios), friendship, enemies/antagonists to friends, case fic, action, domesticity, found families, slice of life, quiet between-times fic like characters playing board games or otherwise hanging out together, holiday fic, missing scenes, character studies, AUs, tropey fic (e.g. bodyswap, soulmates, sex pollen, truth serum).
General DNWs: Major character death (presumed dead is fine, or references to canon deaths aside from the individual exceptions below), depressing/hopeless endings, references to actual politics/pandemics (similar things happening in the fictional world are fine, e.g. a character being ill with a fever).

Iron Fist is one of my favorite things in the Netflix MCU. I love its optimism and completely bonkers urban-fantasy stylings. I also enjoy Danny/Colleen as a background pairing, and would be happy with any of the other characters from the show (or elsewhere in the Netflix MCU) showing up as supporting characters.
I really loved watching Ward and Danny's enemies-to-friends-to-family trajectory on the show, and still mourn the road trip we never got. I would love to explore some of the ENDLESS possibilities of sending the two characters with, between them, the common sense and good decision-making abilities of a box of pencil shavings on a road trip together. Do they bond? Do they get captured? Do Misty and Colleen have to rescue them, with lots of snark and eye-rolling? I am into all kinds of forced intimacy tropes (forced to share a tent/bed/hotel room! dealing with each other's nightmares/scars!), and all of the various possibilities of the two of them getting to know each other better on what basically amounts to a buddy-movie road trip.
As for Ward and Colleen, I also loved their uneasy in-laws relationship shading into a sort of cautious mutual respect. They might not like each other (yet), but they actually do have a lot in common, including how much they both love Danny. How far could that go - might they actually become friends? Or at least develop a friendlier rapport if they were forced into close proximity for a while? I would love to see these two in a situation where they had to rely on each other, physically or emotionally or both. Captured together? One of them dealing with a magical problem only the other can help with?
Maybe Danny is presumed dead and they both have to cope with their own grief while trying to find the culprit and then eventually finding out that he's not dead after all.
I also love AUs, and would love all manner of AUs for this canon. You can AU them completely into a different setting (high fantasy, IN SPAAACE, 1920s/30s, etc), or spin the dial and turn canon in a different direction. What if Ward was on the plane that crashed in the mountains, and came back presumed-dead 15 years later to a very different, jaded Danny who's been dealing with Harold all these years? Maybe Harold tested an experimental werewolf serum on Ward.
I also really love involuntary bonding where the characters share any subset of pain, emotions, thoughts, etc., from (in this case) platonic soulmates to the characters being forcibly bonded somehow. Maybe Harold bonded Danny and Ward somehow, to give him an additional means of control over one or both of them, or Ward and Colleen end up accidentally bonded - sharing sensation? emotions? nightmares? I'm sure the loss of emotional privacy would terrify them both, but maybe they'd end up closer because of it.

I love these idiots in their not-at-all-secret underground base with their pet pterodactyl. My favorite era of the show by far is season one & two (pre-Exit Wounds). The Torchwood I love best is the early-season Torchwood about five broken people incompetently fighting aliens while learning to love each other. I have a special soft spot for Owen and Ianto - their bickering rivalry being dragged slowly into genuine friendship by late season two - and for the Owen-Tosh-Ianto triad in general, but I really love all of them and all of the canon pairings.
Casefic would be delightful, any sort of mission or case. (Weird alien tech? Meeting actual aliens or being on a spaceship? Running damage control for something very obvious happening in downtown Cardiff?) I am very fond of characters being hurt or endangered: you could have someone kidnapped, or badly hurt. Injured and on the run in the sewers of Cardiff! Strapped to a time bomb! Forced by aliens to wear shock collars! Or horror elements are also fine - monsters, possessed/evil machines or computers, etc. This is a canon that might also lend itself well to doppelgangers or characters being possessed or mind-controlled and forced to hurt their friends; I eat up that kind of thing with a spoon. Plus, canon amnesia drugs! Maybe they accidentally Retcon themselves and wake up baffled in their underground base, or one person gets dosed with it and ends up terrified and on the run while the others try to catch him/her.
I am fine with dark and angsty for this canon, in fact I like it, as long as it ends on a hopeful note. It might be nice to see everyone trying to learn to Team in Jack's absence when they're all so broken, or something from the Year That Never Was.
Something lighter would also be fun: Owen and Ianto handcuffed together! Everyone on a campout again, with no cannibals this time. Team building exercises! I would love to have a fic about Gwen talking them into doing a team-building retreat between seasons 1 & 2.
If you write team fic, you don't have to concentrate equally on all members of the team. You also don't need to break up Jack/Ianto or Owen/Tosh if you write Owen/Ianto; in fact I'd prefer if you didn't. One of the things I love about these people is that I could see them in any sort of poly configuration. I also enjoy fic for these characters that exists on the boundary between platonic and sexual feelings, so feel free to have them go back and forth across those lines as long as they're basically okay with it at the end - that is, I don't want anyone left feeling abandoned and sad, but you can have any of them sleep together or cuddle or kiss or whatever. Sex pollen, comfort sex after a bad day, whatever.
Canon-specific DNW: Owen, Tosh, or Ianto's deaths being included except to fix them. (Owen's undeath is fine.) Gwen-bashing.

I love everything about this movie (its characters, its stylish look, the "don't let society keep you down" message) except for Jerome's suicide. AUTHOR, I WANTED MORE JEROME. plz give it to me.
If fixits are your style, I'd love a continuation post-movie, with Vincent and Irene and Jerome after canon's end, in a universe where Jerome didn't die. I really love the idea of Irene getting in the habit of stopping by to check up on Jerome while Vincent is gone, and the two of them forming a friendship that is initially based around their mutual fondness for Vincent but develops into a bond of its own. Maybe Vincent's true identity is discovered while he's in space, and they have to scramble to cover for him and/or deal with the political fallout.
Or you could give me a slow burn (or medium burn) getting-together fic after Vincent gets back. Anything, really, with these three people (or various subsets) bouncing off each other and figuring out what the future looks like for them would make me happy.
Or what if Vincent's trip to space makes some kind of time loop possible and he keeps going back to try to fix Jerome's death?
But if you prefer canon-compliant fic, I'm fine with that too! Watching Vincent and Jerome's friendship grow in a series of in-between scenes would be lovely, or maybe a between-the-lines OT3 fic in which things develop in that direction after Irene meets Jerome in canon.
You could also change other elements of canon. I enjoy AUs, and I would also like, for example, an AU in which Vincent's secret is actually that he's trying to pretend to be a normal human while hiding that he's a werewolf or an alien. Or maybe before Vincent can blast off, there's an alien invasion or a zombie apocalypse and everyone suddenly has much bigger problems than a mission to Titan. Soulmate fic might also work particularly well here.

Nakia & Everett Ross
I just really, really love Nakia a lot. Her uneasy sort-of-friendship with Ross fascinates me because he brings out the spy side of her in a way the others don't. Nakia is a career spy, a person who lies for a living and can never fully trust anyone outside of her own country (and not even everyone there); she is clever and resourceful, used to having to survive on her own with no ability to trust that backup will be able to reach her in time. And basically, I just want to see more of that side of her. I also like Ross a lot, and I'm a sucker for spy and counterspy, especially between people who like each other but can never quite trust each other because of their opposing loyalties.
Hopefully this request isn't too limiting - if this doesn't sound appealing, basically just "Nakia and Ross: go!" or even "Nakia: go!" (preferably with Ross in there somewhere) is really what I want. There is so little long fic featuring her that I really just want Nakia in my eyeballs; it is fine with me if the fic leans extremely heavy in the Nakia direction. I also love everyone else in this movie and would be delighted by anyone else you want to include and as much background Wakandan culture and geography and worldbuilding as you want to put in.
Prompts: Maybe she's on assignment somewhere and runs into Ross the way they do in South Korea in canon. I absolutely love all manner of stranded/on-the-run/captured-together scenarios, and it would be really delightful having them deal with something like that. (Handcuffed together?)
With all of the aliens and other weirdness running around in the MCU some kind of captured-by-aliens plot would be a lot of fun. You can snaffle ideas from other requests - linked together somehow? Platonic soulmates? Hurt/comfort very welcome, though of course not required!
For a more serious idea, I would really enjoy fic that fills the gap between BP and IW, a time when we really don't know much of what was going on in Wakanda at all. Or something set after the Snappening (feel free to ignore EG entirely), in which they have to deal with a very changed political landscape in a world with half the population gone and Wakanda reeling from the loss of its king. Maybe Nakia has to step up to temporarily take the throne? Or she goes out into the world to coordinate Wakanda's disaster response, unable to sit by while people are suffering.
Canon pairings or gen, please, although Nakia having to flirt with people or fake an undercover relationship as a spy is fine.
