ETA: And the fact that they have a very minor character from the Power Man & Iron Fist era of the comics makes me very hopeful that we'll get Misty & Colleen eventually, eeeeeeeee.

Other brief comments as of mid-1x02: wow, I love how they captured the general look of the comics, and Karen & Foggy are freakin' adorable together. Actually, I really love their Foggy generally - he was always my favorite Daredevil character anyway, and the MCU version is super fun. I also really like how Karen's trauma is following her around and isn't just forgotten by the second episode.

I love Karen and Foggy. I actually thought I might not like Foggy--no specific reason, just general fears about the character type--but I totally adore him.

(The fact that they squished Claire Temple and Night Nurse explains why Marvel is suddenly putting out a Night Nurse compilation. Of course, I pre-ordered it, even before I had the slightest idea who she was.)

...Oh man, I hope I didn't spoil anything there. It's already been revealed that Claire is a nurse, I hope. That's the only Night Nurse connection.

No, you didn't. :) Actually, when I first read this comment I thought you meant in the comics, and then she showed up in the white hoodie and I went "... oh." XD

But yeah, Foggy is wonderful. I was a little wary in his first scene or two, because that character could easily have been insufferable, but instead he's really sweet and fun.

Yes. I really like their Foggy too and more as the series progressed.

He's great! We're three episodes into the series now, and I'm really enjoying him, and his interactions with Matt and Karen. I always enjoyed him in the comics, and I'm very happy with the MCU version.

It gets only more adorable in the episodes later on, IMO. There are some flashbacks to Foggy and Matt's college time you can look forward to.

Oh YAY! I was wanting to see something from their earlier days, but didn't think we'd get anything like that in such a short series.
