This made me laugh until I cried. (Note: Not worksafe due to language and simulated gore.)
Normally I don't like to link to videos without providing context, except I'm not sure what the context in this case actually IS. It's two guys playing a surgeon simulator game, both using the same controller? aaaand that's pretty much all the context I've got.
