Question about gluten/dairy/sugar-free cooking (for someone else)
Hello, flist!
fitzwiggity asked me via PM if I know anything about gluten, dairy & sugar-free cooking (all three at once), and I don't, so I said that I would ask on LJ/DW. A member of her family has had to cut out all three, and she is looking for recipes, tips or resources. If you have anything handy, that would be helpful! You can either comment to this post or PM her on LJ.

Have them look for paleo or primal diet websites or cookbooks, because that restriction pretty much defines the diet. I'm actually doing a 30-day paleo challenge right now.
Websites I've found really good recipes on:
http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/ (sometimes she is a bit over-evangelical about paleo for my tastes, but her recipes are DELICIOUS and she has lots of tips)
http://paleomg.com/ (also delicious - not all sugar-free)
http://nomnompaleo.com/ (more techniques and ideas and not as many just recipes - she does have an iPad recipe app, but I don't have an iPad)
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/ is a primal information site so it's a lot more than just recipes, but there are a lot of recipes (not all dairy free) and also ideas about food substitutions.
There's lots out there, but that'll be a good start.

Also, one of the best gluten free cookbooks I own is Gluten-Free Makeovers. I have it up in epub and mobi format on my mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/?7i3z0m27tb4zd A lot of the recipes are dairy free, too.
My partner and I have been gluten free for about ten years, so, any questions, I might be able to answer, or know where to find the answer.
