Fallen London
Well, the Feast of the Extraordinary Rose is over, and I have all of this Masquing I haven't used yet. I guess the question I'm pondering is whether there's any benefit to having multiples of the low-level "pets". I've already obtained everything that can be obtained up to 40 Masquing (except the one that requires Mercies connections). I don't have enough Masquing to get anything really interesting. On the other hand, is there any particular advantage to having a whole flock (horde? swarm?) of Canny Costermongers? You can't cash them in for stuff (and the idea of selling them is creepy anyway). One is nice to have, but a dozen seems rather pointless.
ETA: AARGH, I just realized something really cool I could've done during the Feast that would've scored me extra stuff, except I didn't think of using my actions in this way until it's too late. Gah! Specifically, there was a bit at the end (the "sunlight" option) that apparently had quite a lot of interesting content, but you needed 10 actions at a time to take advantage of them. I only got to do it once, which did have beneficial effects, but I could've done so much more if I'd remembered that Darkdrop Coffee refreshes your actions! Now I'm having morning-after-the-Feast regrets. D:
