On a more cheerful note

I finally started watching Once Upon a Time! I'm crocheting a gift for a family member and needed something to watch while I worked on that, and also, I have been wanting to start following a new show; I really watch very little TV, and the only thing I'm following right now is Fringe (well, and White Collar -- and honestly I think this is half the problem I'm having with that show at the moment; there just isn't anything else in my head).

Anyway, so I've watched the first three episodes, and I like it quite a lot. Really, it's perfect for keeping me entertained while I work on handicrafts, because it doesn't require 100% attention to follow the plot, but it's not boring. I love that it's mostly women interacting with each other and having relationships with each other. Could use more Robert Carlyle though. ♥ The visuals are lovely -- it makes me hope that there are lots of pretty vids out there (once I'm far enough along to watch vids).

Once Upon a Time is a lot of fun! I don't feel majorly fannish about it, but it's something I always enjoy watching. I think the secnd season is even stronger than the first (so far), so you have something to look forward to.

Oh yay! I'm really enjoying it so far; it's always an exciting feeling to be at the very beginning of a show, not sure where it's going to go.

It's my current fannish love. The first season has its highs and its lows, but the second season has been hitting it out of the park pretty much every episode.
