oldschoolfic, a ficathon for fandoms of cancelled shows, is taking signups (and apparently has so few that they might have to cancel if they don't get more!). Stargate is one of the eligible fandoms now (*snif*); the list also includes Highlander, Buffy, etc., plus you can request/offer "wildcard" fandoms that aren't on the list. I gather from reading the rules that you need to be at least a little multifannish to play -- that is, you have to pick more than one fandom -- though I might be mistaken about that. In fact, I am mistaken; woops! You can choose just one fandom if you like, though it makes matching easier for the mods if you're able to choose two or more.

Oldschoolfic Allows Multiple Prompts in Listed Fandoms

You don't have to, but most do, and it does make matching much easier on the mod! :-)

In previous games, we did have to select multiple fandoms. But now, from the rules: "1a) If you want all three prompts to be for the same fandom, that fandom must be on the above list. Otherwise, pick two fandoms from the above list, and one 'wild card' fandom of your choice (as long as it no longer produces new canon)."

For wildcards to work, of course, it's important for players to remember to list all the unlisted as well as listed fandoms they're willing to write on their sign-ups.

Naturally, all eligible fandoms are canceled. That's the community's definition of "Old School": canceled. :-) (There was also originally a prohibition on the uber-huge fandoms that need no help producing fiction, even though they are canceled, like Harry Potter and Tolkein. I'm not certain whether than prohibition is still in effect... but I favor it, personally.)

I also agree that the big-fandom prohibition makes sense (I was surprised to see Stargate on there, although technically it qualifies by way of being cancelled).
