I'm thinking that people should be able to take their own interpretations of the genres, as long as they at least *try* to hit it. Different people might do a screwball comedy, a sweetly funny team story, a black comedy with a downer ending a la "Harold and Maude", an utterly implausible crackfic, an action story with some funny moments -- whatever works for them.

And I'm glad you're interested! As far as having more than one, I think I want to see how the first one goes before thinking that far ahead...
