Miscellaneous fanfic things

It took me forever, but I've put up alena_malfoy's lovely wallpaper as a cover for The Light of a Fading Sun on my SGA fanfic site. It's gorgeous and I'm so very flattered that she made it for me!

I've also written a couple of tags for other people's stories for the fanfic missing-scene challenge at sheppard_hc. For ladyofastolat's story Message in a Bottle I wrote The Lone and Level Sands (warning: original story is fairly dark; mine is even darker), and for kodiak_bear's story Save Me, I wrote Help Me.

Thanks! I'll do a re-read and see if anything shakes loose. I can never really say what's going to bump an idea loose for me ... there are some people's stories that I would really *love* to write tags for, in theory, but don't have any ideas at all.

However, I'm leaving on vacation in a few days and it'd be nice to have a project to work on while I'm on the plane.

Where are you going?

Ithaca, New York. My sister lives there, so we're going to hang for a couple of weeks, and I'm going to drive over to Boston and get to meet Tipper and Derry in person. *squee!*

I'm not looking forward to the 15-hour flight to get there, but once I'm there it'll be fun.
