Friends Like These by mogwai_do - (gen) Duncan has no clue what his friends go through for him sometimes. Sweet and very much in-character Methos & Joe friendship & h/c.

A Man's Gotta Do What a Man's Gotta Do by RileyC - (gen) And sometimes he does know what they do for him ... even if he really would rather they didn't.

Palm and Pleasure by elistaire - (gen) And then there are those times when Joe's friends call him up in the middle of the night and ask him to come fish them out of the frozen bay.

Written in Silence by carenejeans - (Duncan/Amanda/Methos) A Quickening gone wrong leaves Duncan in trouble, and more than usually reliant on his friends. H/C and friendship and snuggly, affectionate sex ... all the good stuff.

One Long, Dark Seacouver Night by elistaire - (gen) This is just a night of Duncan and Methos wandering around Seacouver, basically hanging out and managing not to get into duels (mostly). It's a neat look at what goes on between the excitement and the major events in their lives.


2 Humor

Fencing by merriman - (gen) Technically this is a crossover with Ocean's 11, but I don't actually remember the characters from the movie AT ALL, so they work just fine as OC thieves. You'd think a story about Methos and Duncan's swords being stolen would be too outlandish to be believed, but it actually works, in a really oddball, entertaining sort of way. And naturally Amanda has a perfect plan to get them back ...

Adam Pierson's Diary by amand_r - (gen) And this is another "how in the world can this story possibly WORK?! AND YET IT DOES" ... Methos's hilariously bizarre, alcohol-hazed version of the events of Arkangel in a Bridget Jones' Diary pastiche.
