With Warriors, I'd highly recommend fast forwarding through the entirety of the A plot with Will and only watching the B plot with Helen and her father. I'm rather fond of Kush, though I can't really say why. Pavor Nocturnus is an apocalyptic AU episode, which I think is pretty entertaining. The Kali Trilogy sets up a lot of important stuff and has Paul McGillion as a foil for Helen, but also has a lot of stuff I just cringe through (largely the Will-centric stuff). Fragments is a good Henry episode with the guy who plays Paul Davis in it, and Penance is a good Kate episode with Shanks in it. Both of the Heroes hit my embarrassment squick like whoa, but other people seem to like them.
