Fandom! It's eating my brain!
I've had ideas for not just one but THREE Doctor Who songvids. Actually, I was all of two episodes into the show when I thought of the perfect song for the Doctor and it hasn't left my head since. Aargh! I'm trying not to get started on any new projects 'till I finish up the current ones on the burner, but ... the inspiration ... help!
naye linked to this lovely Doctor Who vid which made me immediately run off and buy the song on iTunes. I think most of the music I've bought lately has been by way of fandom.
Random amusing link: fake Harlequin romance covers featuring SGA characters, primarily Sheppard and McKay. (Note: most are slash.)
I think I will go write some fanfic now, inspiration willing.

And hee - I don't vid myself but I've been trying to convince the sis to do a Who-vid to Ozzy Osbourne's "Road to Nowhere"...that or a Tenth Doctor vid to Smashmouth's "Allstar" XD

LOL I am amused by the SGA Harlequin covers. Kind of disturbing, though, how much some of those blurbs reminded me of fanfiction I've come across. ;)

The Harlequin covers are terribly amusing ... and yes, they do sound like fics, don't they? In some cases I wasn't sure if they just took descriptions of actual stories (or Harlequin novels) and replaced the names. *g*
