This isn't *exactly* fulfilling for your #8, but it's a recent vid and DOES have some S4/S5 footage: Have you seen bironic's Every Day is Halloween in the Pegasus Galaxy (http://bironic.livejournal.com/184035.html)? Creepy and funny and awesome, it is, and from the POV of the Wraith, and I think it deserves a lot more attention than it got when it was originally posted.
