Just for the hell of it ...
As seen many places; currently nabbed from
with_apostrophe. I cut off the bottom edge of the results, because there were about a bajillion 1 or 2-comment posters, and no one really wants to slog through that. It's the upper end of the graph that everybody looks at anyway.

I had NO idea.
Seriously?
Three HUNDRED?
Erm... I'm not sure what to feel about that.

You've been fairly quiet lately; maybe that's why it seems a bit odd.

WOW! I guess I have been more quiet lately....

As long as there's a logical explanation. *g*
Well, now you're up to 38!
Some of the numbers are so far off from what I was expecting that I can't help wondering if something went wrong somewhere! On the other hand, my first year or two on LJ I only knew a few people, and so it's probably weighted towards those, even though I've been a lot more active lately.

Some of them are no surprise, but some of them are utterly unlike what I expected that person's total to be. I just don't know!

eta: huh. actually I tried for my LJ, and there it counted every comment, because you get the stats file while logged in, and the number matches that on my infor page. So I have no idea why there is a discrepancy here.

I feel fairly confident that some of the people on mine when I did it have commented more frequently.
Who knows?
no subject
Unless you're at the lower end.
Of course, I wouldn't know about that, because I seem to be near the upper end; can't keep from commenting. See/ I'm doing it again right now!

(But, whoa, Atlantis Fan. That's a blast from the past, eh? I kinda miss her--she was fun.)

Yeah, I kinda wonder what happened to her; she just vanished, and I'm not really sure why. For me, the idea of just picking up my online existance and going away is weird; it'd be like moving without leaving a forwarding address or letting anyone know how to contact me. Maybe this means I spend too much time online ...
Um... not sure I should do this but...
(Anonymous) 2008-10-09 01:38 pm (UTC)(link)I still come back every now and then to see if you and a few others have written new fics (I even have a fic reading journal that I'm not sure I want anyone to know about yet)....

Hi! *waves*

Yeah, especially as we've been in related-but-separate fandoms for, well, years. *g* But I'm glad you're still around!

(though, after the fic I just posted and the one I'm working on, I'm starting to remember how much fun the SGA folks were to play with. And I have faith that someday you'll write Teal'c again :) )
(oh, god, have I been in Stargate fandom for *years* now? WOW.)

I've got a bunch of Teal'c ideas; I just keep getting distracted with other shinies. I actually wrote half of a Sam/Teal'c tag to Midway in my head the other day -- the trouble is actually writing these things down on paper ...
no subject
*perks ears* Yeah, shinies are dangerous, but if Sam/Teal'c ever decides to make its way to paper, I'm going to bounce excitedly at you.

... which reminds me, actually, that I really have to get around to leaving feedback for Night Ops. *guilty face*

I'm actually quite surprised. I tend to be sporadic in commenting (as evidenced by the fact that I've only just noticed this), but I suppose that when I get chatty, I REALLY get chatty. Don't I?
*snerk*

Or is that I knew you before you were famous?
Either works for me. :-)
