Fun with Ficathons
There are still a few days left to sign up for
sga_genficathon -- sign-ups close on Jan. 31. (Next time I run a ficathon, I think the sign-up period is probably going to be shorter. On the other hand, I should have the assignments out very quickly after the end of the sign-up period, because I've got everybody all sorted and ready to go! Feel free to leave some more prompts, too.)
roga is running
purimgifts -- sign-ups also close on Jan. 31. I'm full-up with projects and don't trust myself to commit myself to anything else right now, but it looks really fun: rules post here and sign-ups here.

I've always really loved the way you do humor -- it's funny but with an underlying serious element that kinda tugs at the heartstrings, too. So I suppose that's the direction in which I lean.

So... if you need a "back up writer" for the sga_genficathon, PLEASE give me a nudge and I'll try my damnedest to come to the party. But it wouldn't be fair to pledge a commitment here and now because I truly SUCK at liveing up to these commitments. I really and truly do.

But yeah, cracked pretty much sums up the mood I was in.
Go the Dr Seuss challenge! I would REALLY try hard to be in that one ;-P
