Okay ... you know you need to stop reading fanfic before bed when you dream Abe Lincoln/George Washington slash.
NOT. JOKING.
True, it was a *young* Abe LIncoln who looked a lot like Johnny Depp (still not joking), but that didn't really improve matters all that much, especially since Washington still looked a lot like he does on the one-dollar bill ... only slightly younger.
Abe was also building a spaceship out of logs.
I think this may qualify as the strangest dream that I have ever had in my life. And the vision of Washington, lying winsomely on the couch in wig and blue coat and everything, is one that I may NEVER get out of my head.
And I'm not even a slasher ...! Oddly, I don't think I've ever run across this particularly pairing anywhere ... THANK GOD.
What am I supposed to be doing right now? Penciling pages for my webcomic. Instead I'm reading fanfic and thinking about signing up for the sponsored version of LJ so that I can have more SGA icons. Hee. Of course that means *making* more icons, which means I'm going to have to either look through screencaps or re-watch some episodes. Oh gee, twist my arm why don't you ... :D
I'm sure there must be SGA icon communities or websites out there. If you know of one, can you please tell me where I can find it?

I just read your Caldwell fic and so thought I'd check out what else was happening on your LJ. And this just cracks me up totally coz I know you're not a slasher.
But never say never on a pairing. I haven't actually read any but apparently (according to a slasher friend I had once) there's a lot of slash fic out there pairing Lucifer and the Archangel Michael. I find that just incredibly funny.
As for SGA icons, I know that there are icon communities but I don't know what they're called. But SGA icon posts are almost daily posted to

I've actually found a few icon communities now. I'd like to make my own, but my attempts at icon-making generally end up with me spending a few hours browsing screencaps or re-watching episodes and never getting any icons made at all. *grin*
