The SGA team are technology scavengers ("Sheppard's Salvage") in a steampunk-ish Atlantis, making their living by diving to recover the salvaged tech of the Old Ones from the sunken part of the city. Until they stumble onto a dangerous secret - plunging them into deadly peril, and their City into political turmoil. The world-building is luscious, the writing is gorgeous and evocative, and oh, the team. (And the h/c doesn't disappoint, either. *g*)
