(And yes, Peter Jurasik speaking in his own voice when he's dressed as Londo is so disconcerting I had to rewatch that three or four times. Also, his giggling when he's trying to navigate the hazards of doing a dining scene while wearing Centauri mouth appliances is adorable.)
Hilarious, thanks for posting! I think bloopers are almost universally funny even if you don't know the original, partly because genuine laughter is just so infectious.
