They both have a 1 fandom minimum for signups (although casefic, at least, requires 3 offers; whumpex is 1 minimum on both).

Yeah, whumpex is only a month, and it's a low minimum, too! And they have "hurt/comfort" as a freeform tag option, so it doesn't have to just be whump, it can be comfort too ...
