A few themed MASH recs
1. Three MASH fanvid recs, also posted at recthething.
Clueless by

An excellent Margaret character study! This vid does a really great job of giving a big-picture overview of Margaret's life, her relationships with other women, her romances, and her connections and frustrations with the doctors she works with.

Lovely team vid set to a soft acoustic version of Josh Ritter's "Lantern." So full of all my favorite team/friendship moments, gorgeously put together!

Hawkeye vs. authority. Hard, fast, painful, and beautifully edited.
2. And two MASH fanfic gifts for me that were posted recently, both of which I adored and can only recommend most highly!
A Midsummer Night's Dream by
sheron (1200 wds, Charles & Hawkeye somewhere in the amperslashy boundary between gen and ship)
Charles and Hawkeye afterwards, missing the bad old days, together.
Lovely post-canon look at Hawkeye and Charles having to deal with After, insightful and soft and beautifully characterized, with dead-on character voices. I love the sense of the two of them trying awkwardly to reconnect like regular adults and then semi-accidentally falling right back into the "what are boundaries and what is personal space" weirdness of the 4077.
Floriography by
sovay (288 words, Hawkeye & Charles)
To be honest, Hawkeye has no idea what kind of flowers are sitting on his footlocker.
From Three Sentence Ficathon, this is a delicate little gem that packs a lot into a limited space, a beautifully detailed and insightful snapshot of Hawkeye at the very ends of exhaustion.

By way of return, have you read Raven's fic? They are raven / singlecrow on AO3, my gateway M*A*S*H fic and I cherish them.
Also, you probably already know abt Alan Alda's Clear&Vivid and Clear&Vivid: Science podcasts, yes? Interviews with interesting folk from all walks, loosely connected to communicating. I never miss an episode.
