any, any, accidental use of familial terms
The scream could be heard halfway across the nighttime 4077 camp - followed by curious and intrigued heads leaning out of tents and Igor craning from the back door of the mess with a half-scrubbed pot in hand; it was not so much concern as prurient interest, because entertainment was hard to come by here, and that had been a scream of rage, not fear or pain.
They were rewarded by the sight of the feared Margaret Houlihan storming across the camp wrapped in a blanket, wrenching open the door of the currently unoccupied VIP tent, turning back to scream across the camp at the tentatively half-opened door of her own tent:
"I can deal with you calling me by your wife's name, Frank, but I can't believe you called me Mom!"

Any, any, showing a little leg
"I cannot believe that worked," Charles said between his teeth, as ahead of them, the Jeep screeched to a halt in a cloud of dust on the dirt road to Seoul.
Klinger grinned, let his swing skirt drop back into place and lowered his red-pump-clad foot, which had been cocked up on the bumper of their dead vehicle, back to the road. "Come on, Major, unless you want to wait and thumb your own ride."

Any, any, I don’t want to hurt you (but I’m going to)
"It's a straightforward reset," Margaret was saying calmly, as Hawkeye set his fingers at the base of her thumb, feeling his way across the hot, out-of-place bulge of it. Despite the pain she had to be in, and the horrible outward angle of her thumb where her patient had wrenched it sideways, she remained poker-faced. "Simply lean your weight inward and upward until you feel the -- ow!"
Her voice turned into a hoarse scream as Hawkeye thrust upward, her thumb reset with a meaty pop, and she jerked forward and swayed against his shoulder. He kept his fingers pushed against hers, holding her thumb in place as she pressed her face into his neck for a minute; he felt the wet stickiness that neither of them were going to mention afterwards.
"So I'll splint it and you'll need to keep the bandage in place for the next twenty-four hours," he said, a little hoarsely, and she swayed back upright.
"Of course," she said with a slight hiccup, her voice steady. "Perfectly reasonable."
Hawkeye kept his gaze on her hand, bandaging it carefully in place and focusing on the familiar motions and the purple bruise at the base of her thumb slowly vanishing beneath the bandages, and he didn't realize he was rubbing back and forth across the back of her hand with his free fingertips until he was done and all the ends were tucked in.

And that last one is so tender.
Love all three.

Speaking of tattered (or not, Klinger definitely keeps his intact without a ruffle) dignity, I can easily see the second one too. And darn it, you're the second author out there with a hand in making me like Charles rather more than I did. :)
As for the third - *winces!* Oof. Ouch, says I.
... Is it horribly un-subtle if I say I've dropped a couple M*A*S*H prompts in the 3SF? I told on myself with both of them, and I admit it.
