Gee, when my aunt died all I ended up with was a hoarder-level apartment I had to clear out so I could sell it and other people could inherit! (I sound bitter; I'm not because my mother got 50% of the estate and my cousins shared their late mother's half, but my mom is still alive and kicking at 90! Also my administrator's fee paid off my grad school loans, so instant financial relief.)
