Vid links for a cold rainy morning

Wow, the husband and I built a chicken coop yesterday, and ended up having kind of a fight over working late to finish it vs. stopping when we both got tired and sore and mosquito-bitten, but I'm so glad he won that fight (and we finished the project) because it's 48 degrees and raining out there this morning. The only thing more fun than doing construction work in a swarm of mosquitos -- is doing it in rain, mosquitoes and being really, really sore on top of it all! *ow ow* I need to get in shape ...

Anyway, linked from [livejournal.com profile] sga_newsletter a couple of days ago, here's an SGA songvid roundup/recs post with lots and lots of vids! I found a bunch of vids I haven't seen and a few more I'd forgotten about. Another one I just watched is this season 1-4 vid to John Mayer's "Say" (link goes to Youtube) and, while I have some issues with the editing and I admit I'm not overly fond of that particular song, it filled me with warm glowy affection for the show and the characters, and made me want season 5 now. ^_^

THANK YOU SO MUCH for linking this--I had wanted it yesterday, but I couldn't find it, and I was contemplating begging the flist for it! *happy dances*

Thank you! :) So glad I could help! (I've had this sitting open in a tab for a couple of days 'cause I wanted to post a link to it and I just knew if I closed it I couldn't find it again! *g*)

Hee.

I remember when we built a goose/chicken coop in the summer of '05. It was fairly big! A could stretch out her arms and almost touch both sides of the walls. Needless to say, it took a bit to build, but it wasn't cold or anything...it was hot, and there was no clouds or anything to help cover up the heat.

How many chickens did you get anyway?

My co-worker gave us two. We have a very small chicken-house, but will probably get more later.
