Wild roses and hail!

The roses are blooming along our driveway ...





And it hailed hard this afternoon; pictures under the cut.

So pretty and green! And wow, so much hail. I hope nothing got damaged.

Everything's good! I did run out to scoop up some of my recently transplanted lettuce containers, and it knocked some blooms off the flowers, but there was no other damage (to my relief; I just transplanted a bunch of wee plant babies!).

Those roses are stunning; I love all different kinds of roses but wild ones are pretty special imo

The roses look so pretty, tangled up in all that other growth. That second picture of the hail looks intense, though--yeeg! No thank you. How big were the pieces? A couple spots on the car look a bit large, but maybe that's just how they clustered together.
