The incidental juxtapositions at the top of the hurtcomfortex tagset have now turned up possibly the best one yet:

Doomed Relationship → Explosions

They change every time new ones are added to the set, shuffling them and bringing new ones to the top. Other recent combinations of note (presented without comment):

Earthquakes → Fear
Fear of crowds → Fuck Or Die
one half of couple in an arranged marriage wants to kill the other half → Plane crash on deserted planet
Town with a dark secret → whipping/flogging ↓
