There's one author who's name I can't remember off the top of my head, but has done several McGee/Tony friendship fics. I'll have to go search through my NCIS bookmarks when I get home, but I do recall there being some very lovely h/c.
Super Em (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/1303296/super_em) has a story, I believe called "Fridays" that had some nice Abby and Tony friendship and a strong team element, but it was a WIP and I started getting distracted by my own fics before I could finish it. It had a very strong start, though.
There's another author, who's name I'm also forgetting that has some really nice Tony-centric fics (gee, can you tell who I like?), and I recall there being some really nice Kate and Abby friendship moments. Another one I'll have to look up when I get home, because it's frustratingly not on my favorites list at FFnet. Bugger. So I'll be back with more!
