The Kickstarter is funded, with a week to go yet! Yesterday's update (with pictures of cover progress) and today's update. Thank you to everyone here who's backed me and signal-boosted the project; I'm so thrilled. :D (And also relieved, because I had been nervously fretting at the beginning that I set the goal too high, so actually managing to HIT the goal is the biggest relief you can imagine!)

yay! How many books did you budget to print with the $900? or just playing it by ear?

The $900 figure is budgeting for 20 copies each of the color and b&w books (plus shipping, Kickstarter fees, etc). Really though, it was just that I had to pick SOME number to use for my Kickstarter goal; since I'm getting them from a print-on-demand place that can do any quantity, I don't have to order more books than just the ones that people pledge for, and so I could have set it as low as I wanted. I went with $900 as a sort of compromise figure that would let me order enough that I could have some extras to sell at shows.
