It's interesting because I'm not really feeling this out-of-stepness in most areas. Actually, I'm back on campus for classes this fall (18 years after I was a freshman the first time) and I have to keep reminding myself I'm not the same age as the kids around me -- I don't really feel that different from them, even though some of them were BORN within a year or two of my first year of college.

But this feels pretty distinct to me, and I expect I'll have this experience more and more as I age.
