It would be fascinating since the audience (and Neal) knows a lot more than Peter does, so Neal would have to be very quick on the uptake. (I have trouble going back and reading fic that was written in early seasons because the dynamic has changed so much, but fic that is set in early seasons with knowledge of later seasons is really a lot of fun -- it's one of those things you can do in fanfic that is very difficult -- though not impossible -- to do in original fiction ...)

I also appreciate the sandbox invitation! I think I'm gonna let that square sit and age for a while, though. There are SO many other squares I want to write first. (And what did I do last night? I sat and wrote 4000 words of fic in the Peter-is-a-werewolf 'verse that doesn't fic any bingo squares at all. WHATEVER, BRAIN.)
