Is anybody on my friend list in Newfoundland, Canada?
Or have you ever been there?
It looks like I might be going to St. John's at the end of June -- my husband is going there for a robotics competition, and he invited me to come along. It sounds very much like my kind of place, i.e. lots of nature and not very many people. Also, looking at the maps, it's got perhaps the highest concentration of weird place names in North America. I'm especially fond of the towns of Witless Bay and Dildo.
