I had a this long lovely paragraph that waxed poetic on the beauty of this fic... but lj ate it. So if I can recall some of it...
The all-out smackdown between Ronon and Shep was very intense, very raw and primal, but I think you illustrated very effectively how this kind of situation might go down. Also loved Rodney interrupting on the radio, and saving the day right before he too was rendered unconscious.
Of course, now I have to go watch "Long Goodbye" again, because I apparently missed that part. I remember Rodney shooting, but it never occurred to me that he hit him (or I wasn't paying attention, at all). Oh, darn.
Now hopefully this post will get through, so you can rest assured that once again, you rock.
