Um ... I wish I could tell you. I think part of it was making myself get involved in fannish volunteer activities even when I didn't really want to -- running the Genficathon again, reccing fics, beta'ing, stuff like that. Part of it was setting up a writing filter, so that I didn't have to finish something in order to post and get feedback on it, so I was still noodling around with fic ideas. The fact that half my f'list was still posting on sga-related topics, so I couldn't avoid it even when I wanted to, probably had something to do with it too ... it's hard to drop out of fandom when most of the people that I was interacting with socially were still talking about it.
I'm not really sure what would work for you, but the fan-volunteerism definitely made a big difference for me, I think.
