I was thrilled to see the Torchwood gang - my only problem with it was that I had been so crushed about Owen and Tosh that I couldn't help a little bitterness ... I wanted them to be there, damn it!

I loved Donna for all the reasons you named - and was depressed over the ending to her story for the reasons you brought up, too. I guess that it didn't depress me as much as it could have because I so totally thought she was going to die; it was just a massive relief that she didn't! Yes, she lost it all, but there's still so much she can do, and so far every single major character from the last three seasons has been back at least once, so I'd be shocked if she doesn't turn up again! Shocked, I say! *g*
