Awww. It's kinda understated and yet so very, very sweet. I love the life you've concocted for Martha and her almost whimsical thoughts about the Doctor's continuing journey. His place in the universe vs her place in the world - as it were.
Minor technical detail that non-Who-obsessive might not know. Time Lords only naturally have 12 regenerations so technically 16th version of the Doctor? Maybe not. But then again, the Master cheated the process (albeit by killing people and taking their form and then apparently being "resurrected by the Time Lords" so maybe...
Still, Eurasian Derry loves the idea of a South-East Asian version of the Doctor! LOL!
