I've seen a lot of the US, and some of Europe, but there is so much more world out there ...!

I've never been to the US, so my map's blank! The closest I got to the US was the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Whoa, you've been to a lot of states considering the size of the country. Now, maybe if there was one for counties in the UK...

It's really a shame that they don't have one for the UK! And one for Canadian provinces too. I see that they do have one for states of India though.

You've really seen a lot of the States! I'm one State behind...and I so want that next one to be Alaska! Well, and Hawaii, both are so on my list!

Also...Dang it...I look at the world map for my own results and all I can think of is 14 countries, I SOO need to get moving and see more :-p Hell, it's only three continents...

Um...I may in fact be a bit crazy :-p Though it looks like I might get to add two more in June, maybe three...that's something at least. ^_- Yay for traveling, ne?

You've seen a lot more of the world than I have! But there is always so much more to see ...

Where are you going in June? :D

It's both wonderful and daunting how much more they'll always be to see! ^_^

Going to Barcelona, for sightseeing...and an SPN convention...(friends I'm going with, and who have relatives that are putting us up, are major hardcore into SPN right now, so *shrug*...and also, as...just...meeeeh as the show has gone, it'll still be fun to see all the actors ^_^) and looks like I'm gonna be meeting one of my childhood friends in Belgium, and possibly go with her to see some of her family in the Netherlands, but only for like a day, maybe two. (I've been friends with her since 5th grade, and we were close all the way through hs and college, but it's been 3 1/2 years now since I last saw her, so, despite the shortness of the trip, still very worth it)

That's cool, you've been to more places than me! I've been to New York and southern Spain - and also Gibraltor and Jersey, though they are sort of part of the UK, sort of not (complex politics confuses me!).

I have seen quite a lot of Britain though - wish there was a map for that!

NB: The pizza icon is 'cos I'm hungry!! *bg*

Wow, you've done a lot! Which countries in Europe have you visited? It's really hard to tell on the tiny map. Looks like UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands; beyond that I can't see. Belgium? Switzerland? Luxembourg?

Yeah, they really should have a more detailed map of the UK as well ...

I've never been to Spain! It looks like it would be really pretty thought ...

Not Spain, but the other ones you listed; also Switzerland and Austria. (I'm counting Belgium as well, even though I'm being awfully generous, because technically I've passed through Belgium a couple of times en route to other places. *g*)

There's some pretty white villages (Ronda, Benalmadena etc) and Marbella is gorgeous (what we saw of it). It was very clean and well kept, with marble benches (not common painted wood ones!) along the sea front! Also, the painted railings were done in three colours - blue at the bottom, mid-blue in the middle and a paler blue or white at the top! Not like in the UK, where the railings are all one colour because the council wouldn't waste time and money on painting them any other way (and people would moan if they did, most likely!)!

I also enjoyed Gibraltor. Though it's best to avoid the main tourist season. We were there in November and still in shorts (though we had one morning of rain, and one afternoon of it, on separate days). During the height of the season, it can takes hours to get into/out of Gibraltor and you can't really appreciate the rock and other sights. There was hardly anyone around in Nov and so much more relaxed.

All our pics are photos not digital as it was pre-digital cameras being generally affordable. Maybe one day we'll get round to scanning some of them! I can recommend going!!
