Thank you for posting this poll! I've been feeling odd woman out, and not quite defensive, but weird!
*g* Well, that was why I'd posted it -- to find out just exactly how much of an odd woman out I am. I do think that my results are probably somewhat skewed just due to the nature of my flist, which tends to lean heavily to the gen end of things. Still, I found it really interesting to find out how many people seem to fall in the middle of the spectrum (which I guess is pretty much common sense, but it's interesting to see it graphically demonstrated).
I read a fair amount of stories with sex in them; I just don't get much out of the sex -- it doesn't really add anything to the story for me. And yeah, I agree that different fandoms seem to have different ratings standards.
